Della Santina’s was founded in 1990 by Quirico and Shirley Della Santina. Shortly after, their son Rob, joined to lead the team. The family owned and operated Trattoria continues to be a local favorite, featuring traditional Tuscan soul food. Our seasonal menu features farm-to-table ingredients, including handmade pastas, rotisserie meats, daily fresh seafood, as well as salads and sides that celebrate the bounty of Sonoma Valley.
